This is a NATO Civilian position, grade B-4 (current salary is EUR 3.059,85 a month which is not subject to income ax, due to NATO's special status in Italy).

H. Contract
The successful candidate will be offered a definite duration contract not exceeding three years’ duration, which, subject to satisfactory performance, might be followed by an indefinite duration contract. Serving members of the international staff/NATO agencies will be offered a contract in accordance with the NATO civilian personnel regulations.
